Finally ditched the F Sport 22s for some proper shoes. I put on Continental TerrainContact ATs 275/70/r18 with Icon Recon SLX wheels. She is currently sitting in her favorite H1 setting. A little poke never hurt nobody! Also added OEM crossbars. There is no rub…but I can’t see going bigger as it is soooo close to needing some trimming. I’m very happy with the result. I have my 22’s for sale.

Those tires are heavy, how does it feel?

Looks tough. Currently thinking about a second set of wheels in 18” so I can get a little more aggressive off road.

Definitely feels more planted to the ground, I’d say heavier is accurate. Not in a negative way at all, I prefer how it feels now

Ok that is similar to my 22x9.5 +30 with 285mm tires.

I thought they would poke but they do not. Mine may actually “poke” a little more doing the math, but low profile vs off road tire makes a difference.

I am just posting this to say you should be fine in the rain and muddy trails. We took mine down some forestry roads and my GF hit every mud hole at speed and nothing much went down the side or near the windows. Well designed truck for off roading. Before that I did nothing more than cut through ditches and slow driving on muddy jobsites (which is another consideration for getting a 10ply E tire).
