My 80 made it to Alaska

Last year, Nathan bought my FZJ80 while visiting family here in NC. He parked it at his family farm in Greenville over the fall/winter, did some maintenance, then flew in and drove it back to Alaska.

He averaged 12-13mpg, and 9mpg in the mountains. But the 80 made it there and is now living life to the fullest!

BTW is this sighting of an ONSC sticker the farthest away?

Maybe Terry from Cary...er Maui has you beat. He did take his 62 with him but whether he has an ONSC sticker on it, not sure.

I am not entirely sure - I suggested he do the tie rod ends, flush the coolant, and he likely changed the oil. While it was 20 yrs old and had +255k mi, it was running strong when I sold it...........
