According to the Carfax, yes. I think the 2nd owner may have actually moved from AZ to IL and when they went to register it there Carfax noted it as a new owner. I say this because I also got a Experian Auto Check report from the dealer and it only shows there were 2 previous owners but the history is consistent with Carfax showing it originating in Chandler, followed by Scottsdale, and then Peoria.
I also have a copy of the service records and everything appears to have been done within Toyota.
