Hate to HiJack, but if you, or anyone coming north, has the space, I could use some help getting my fiberglass roof panel moved from Wally's place to Burlington...PM me if any one can do it...we can talk 
I love VT, and we often looked to buy a week-end place in northern VT, or upstate NY, maybe in the not so distant future! Burlington is just a couple hours away, and I use to know some who lived in VT, and work in MTL.
