mufflers for series 100

hello all.

i live in dubai and have just picked up a series 100 land cruiser. a model 2003 4.5 ltr with a 1FZ-FE engine. I want to get some muffler / exhaust modifiactions done to improve the hp/torque and sound performance of the car.
have been checking sites and all manufacturers (borla / suxon racing etc) have a full kit for the new V8 engines and not for mine. was wondering if i could use a borla landcruiser exhaust system (built for vehicles between 1995 ansd 1997 - assuming serioes 80) on my series 100.

am a newbie in this entire 4x4 thing and need some serious advice

Hmm. The 95-97 model muffer "might" fit your 03 engine, but it probably won't come close to fitting the underside of the 100, which is totally redesigned from the 80 frame.

We don't see the 4.5 liter engine in a 100 series in the USA - you might have better luck posting this question on the LCOOL board at Yahoo, which has more Aussies.
