Def a long shot as its a tiny area. You already reach the guy? Says it was posted 14 weeks ago.
I will check if any of my friends are closer to there, but I am a solid hour north. If it were just up the street Id happily ship it to you or whatever the goal is.

Worst case, sounds like you can get a brand new one shipped right to you for just $100 more. (Assuming its the Icon rim, that is)
