Mud remembers me, always.

Unless actually log out I'm logged in everytime I open the forums site.
I do not check the "Remember Me" box during login.
I have deleted the entire browsing history including cookies and passwords.
The OS is Vista and the browser is IE7.
What am I doing wrong?

I really want to fix this. It only happens with MUD, I use three or four other vBulletin sites with no issue.

That really doesn't address the root issue. Besides last I heard FF wasn't stable with Vista.

Well that would be news to me. Vista + Firefox here with no issues. It sounds like you are not deleting the site cookie, but who knows.

Yes but only on machines running Vista and IE7, and only on MUD on other vBulletin sites it doesn't happen

Last time I checked was probably a year ago, I'll look at it again. I love FF on my Xp machines. I have cleared cookies with no change.


Something else I noticed today, I can run scripts on mud. On other vBullutin sites I have to give permission every time.

click on tools then go to options....then click on privacy

then on the bottom click next to "always clear my private data when I close Firefox".....then ok. That should do it...I just did it 5 minutes ago
