Toyota FJ Cruiser web site is not working for updates and specs for me. My brother is thinking about one in the KC, KS area. What kind of MPG are they geting?? What is the price range?

Anyone from KC confirmn there is off-roading on the out skirts of town?

Last night the Sticker said 16; 19 for the 6 speed.

There are a couple of good locations 1.5-2hrs outside of KCK. The first is Tuttle Creek near Junction City. The second is the Kansas Rocks park near Ft Scott.

you won't find much for "free" in the MidWest....other than standard fire lanes....

the offroad parks are awesome tho - I regularly hit a few...

Go visit the TornadoAlleyCruisers section in the club section.. We'd love to have ya and can show you around.. Be very careful I know of at least 2 sections in KC I won't go to due to them not being "Legal" but know of a ton of people that do go out.. Just not me.. Don't feel like dealing with the bad PR myself at all.. It only takes one outing to get a treehugger after ya!

So, my brother will have a lot of opp. to go off-road in the area if he gets a FJ Cruiser. COOL!
