I can't find any mention of mounts that don't require holes being poked in the cover.
Anyone know of any? Also a locking option would be great too,

Are you talking about the cover that only covers the foot? If so there are a few options out there that mount directly to the main arm, Hi-Lift has two.

Also be careful using any protective cover on a Hi-Lift. These covers keep mud, water, and debris out, but when water gets in the covers can trap water inside - so make sure to clean the cover out every so often.

It isn't the neoprene boot. its the full cover so that's a great point! I'll have to make sure it's sealed & I check it for moisture.

I may end up just going with the boot.
