Mountain Property coming up for sale

We are going to begin getting our mountain property ready to list for sale. It is 3 acres +/- with a small house framed in. 20' X 20' steel garage on a slab, 12' X 16' heavy duty shed on runners. Well is in and so is septic. Have had a meter on the house. 12.6 miles from down town Hendersonville. You go down a dead end road to another dead end road to get to the 2/10 mile private dead end drive. Second dead end road runs along the ridge.

Stan - I would be interested in knowing about it also. We have a timeshare in Sapphire Valley.... and have talked about a second home in NC. We have considered buying a house to use as a vacation / rental.
