I recently ran into a few problems with the cooling system on my HJ61. I bought some parts from Kurt and the boys to remedy the problem but still had issues. After taking it to a mechanic it was discovered that the water pump I had purchased was bad. I called up Kurt late in the afternoon while I was working out of town and he shipped a new one out overnight to help me out! My mechanic received the new pump in the early afternoon and had it swapped out that day!

A HUGE thanks goes out to Kurt and the Cruiser Outfitters crew for helping me out while I working out of town. They handled the situation in supreme fashion and got my rig back on the road just in time for the wife and I to attend the Cruiser Outfitters appreciation BBQ!!

It's one thing to read about great customer service, but it's great to experience it first hand! Kurt and the boys have done great by me in the past and this is just the last in a long list of examples. Anytime I need a hard to find part for my HJ61 or the wife's BJ71 they seem to have it in stock or it is already in route. Great customer service plus awesome parts availability makes Cruiser Outfitters my first call when I need help with my rigs! Thanks again guys!

Thank you Casey, glad it worked out and you two were able to make it to the BBQ. It means a lot that you brought them both!

And again, Kurt, Bryce, Ollie and the rest of the gang helped me out today. In the last few weeks I have noticed an exaggerated "clunk" in the rear end of Stoffel when I take a hard corner (thanks to the lower temps I'm sure). After discussing the issue with Kurt over e-mail he thought that it might have something to do with the OME leaf springs I had installed earlier this year. So, today I took a cruise over to the shop and Kurt immediately noticed that some of the plastic clip liners on the leaf spring clamps were missing. He had Ollie replace 6 missing liners for me. While we were at it I purchased new bushings for the rear sway bar and replaced them when I got home. Between the two I would say that 90% of the clunk is gone! The rest is probably the leaf springs needing to be greased up.

Kurt and the guys at Cruiser Outfitters are a HUGE reason why I was able to make the leap and purchase a 25+ year old imported vehicle that was never offered in the states. Not only do they carry (or can find) the import parts that I need, but they are a great resource for general Land Cruiser (and Toyota) information. Even if you don't live close to them, they are always willing to discuss any issue and try to come up with a solution. All around a great bunch of guys that I appreciate to no end! As always, thanks Cruiser Outfitters!!
