I have never had one but IIRC I read that they are pretty worthless. I don't know of anyone on this board that has one and admits it. The general consensus seems to be that the 1fz-fe is running as close to perfect as it can. Forced induction can help out and exhaust a bit, but for the most part the cheap upgrades out there are outclassed by OEM parts.
