(In the style of Craigslist- http://phoenix.craigslist.org/cgi-bin/personals.cgi?category=mis )
You were the tall, dark green LX, I was the short, white LC with no front flares. I have seen you several times from afar, usually behind you as you drive east on Thunderbird between the 51 and 44th Street. I think I've seen you on several Wednesdays in a row, around 7:30 PM or so as I drive to Scottsdale to play soccer. I assume you're going home, as you always turn left into the residential area. For some reason there's always traffic between us, and I try not to drive like a maniac just to wave at a fellow 80. This time, however, I saw something that made me think you might respond to a wave- a CSC sticker right in the middle of your rear bumper. Not that I was staring at your rear bumper- I'm not like that- but every time I see you I have looked for the sticker but only today I saw it. Is it new? I tried harder to catch you today, but just as I drew alongside you made your turn. I waved anyway, from behind my glass, did you see me? I doubt it- my wife's 80 is unremarkable. Next week I'll drive mine, perhaps I can get your attention by rubbing my tires against yours as I pass you.
'Till next Wednesday then.
