Miss when shifted into drive

I have been trying to get rid of an annoying miss. It idles fine but when I shift into Drive it starts an intermitent miss. It has new plugs and this started when one of my coil packs went out. I changed that pack and it ran fine for a little while and then started missing. Could it be a vacumm line to the tranny?

Any ideas

I wonder if your tourqe converter is having issues and dragging on the engine in N, when it shouldn't.
