Misleading on ebay? you be the judge

I contacted buyer about mileage and vehicle has 288k on the odo. But that is not mentioned in the auction. The ad say 98k, which is the mileage on the motor only. I told him he should probably mention that on the ad, no?

Seems fishy that he would leave that out. Plus it seems odd that all the pictures are far enough away to make it difficult to see flaws. Whats up above the bumper end here?

Plus I'd be leery of someone with 0 on a high dollar item.
