I have a misfire on cylinder2 and have swapped coils and plugs but still there. I had a battery that would good bad if I let the car sit for 4 days. The battery would recharge and read fine even under load. The alternator seems to be working when tested while running. I get about 14 amps. I hit a pothole and think it caused the cells in the battery to shift thus causing problem. Am I looking at an ECM replacement due to a battery short? Help.

First, verify you are missing on #2 by checking the exhaust port temperature relative to it's neighbors on warm up and run.
You could have a fueling issue causing it or a compression issue causing it if it's not the coil or plug.
You could also have another electrical issue causing it like a bad ground or broken wire.

If the others are fine, I doubt it is battery or ECU related.
