i have a flat spot when i step on gas she bogs down anyone have any insite on why brand new carb fuel filter. i have to ride clutch a bit to get it going. amaybe specs on idle adjustment and mixture screw.

Checked your valves? At what RPM is the "flat spot"
Check accel pump. If that's ok, it may be clogged idle transition in carb.
