Mini excursion friday to saturday? Crown King maybe?

I have a long weekend coming up this weekend (Wed - Sun) and I'm thinking about going someplace friday, stay overnight camping and do some wheeling saturday. Maybe I'll head up to Crown King, any good camping areas around there? I prefer cooler than phx, (not hard to do) and water to take a dip in. Anyone else wanna go?

There's a lake near crown king.

I think it's horsethief lake and has bluegill.
If the fire damage isn't bad, I might want to go.
Never been up the back way to crown king.
I'm looking for an off road fishing trip later this week.
