I think I remember seeing the 100HD at our Home Depot, in case you'd like to see one in person.

I've had my eye on a Lincoln MIG Pak 10 for a while and just came across someone with a Lincoln Weld-Pak 100 hd. I can get a good deal on it considering it's a partial trade. What's the difference between the two and is one better than the other?

I bought the Mig pak 15 from C-Tire.

I bought it on sale for around 600, then had to add the regulator and hose. Plus extension cord, wired to plug into my dryer plug in.

If you want to do some thinker metal you should wait for the 15 to come on sale. The mig pak 10 won't be able to do as think of metal.

Interesting guys in that link say the SP175 is the same as the Mig pak 15, I would say sure. I have seen both. But the Mig pak 15 is short one high power setting. The 175 goes a big higher. So maybe you might find that with the 110 volt model too.

Think metal :D

Funny how I did a google search on "mig pac 10" and it came up with this thread as the #1 link for Google :)

I have some one selling a mig pac 10 and wants $275. Good deal?

I can do thicker metal then 1/8 inch but it would have to be flux core. So far, my used 100hd is doing good. Some welders are less then great, some look professional.
