Mid Birf Service -- What are these parts?

I am midway through servicing my birfs and am wondering what these parts are for.
Any ideas?

They look like the c-clips for the inner axle, you will need them if you separate the birf from the axle. The other 2 rings looks like oil drain plug washers.
