After much searching here and elsewhere I've determined the 2" American Standard trailer ball mounts will not fit the 470 receiver...by that much. Apparently a 2" receiver in the US is 50.8mm and the advertised 2" receiver on the 470 is 50.0mm.

I did also find Customer Reviews – LexusPartsNow.com have the ball mounts in stock advertising the the drop I was looking for too. At least I hope that is the case. Customer Reviews look pretty good. We'll know upon delivery. Has anyone used them in the past?

This intrigued me so I went out and measured.

I have several ball mounts as well as the metal to make them. Sizes ranged from 50.8-51.3.

I have 3 receivers. Two I made and one stock 2019 Tacoma.
Sizes were Tacoma 52.95, Cruiser (custom) 52.90, trailer 52.10.
These numbers follow along with what you posted except my Tacoma. Also my 96 Cruiser (replaced with custom so I cant measure) had no issues when I ran the stock receiver.
I wonder if my Cruiser and Tacoma being sold in America were made in a non metric size?

Yes, this was weird but this is my first Toyota platform that can do any significant towing... I just assumed, like any high-end brand (Lexus), this was just the price to play in the bigs.
