Anybody else want to go?

Brother, this post is right on time. 👍
This years celebrations fell way short and I for one could use a distraction.
Is this one of the same gulches the club did this past Feb? (The gulches run)

Yea, metberry is the one that goes all the way to the river (legally).

I'm thinking a mid morning meet at the gas station where we met for the Christmas tree cutting runs.

Im in.
What time?
Is it too late to get a Christmas tree and try again? lol

Let's go for 10:00

Copy rodge'.
Tenhundred @ the Splash'n'Dash, Pick'n'Move, or Kum'n'Go.

Running a few minutes late, be there soon

Had a great run down Metberry today. Here's Sam on Chicken Scratch hill

We passed a group of Broncos - one old school and 6 new ones (and a Jeep). I watched them go down the big slab on longwater later and was pretty impressed with their flex for IFS rigs.

Some pics down on the river.

We went back up Metberry then decided to try Longwater. I'd forgotten how sketchy that big slab is. I had a little trouble coming back up it. Here's Sam again coming down.

We were following the Bronco group again at that point, and decided to turn around before the end so we wouldn't have to wait while they got 8 rigs - many brand new to offroading - back up that slab!

Dang, wish I saw this. Totally would have gone.

Here's @EricG working the Longwater obstacle down and up.

(sound removed due to wind)

Good time out. 👍

Great videos - I should have locked the front on that first attempt but locking the front makes me nervous on high traction surfaces. I did lock it on that last try.

It was my one-handed push there at the end that made the diff. :)

edit: on a diff note, pray tell where did you get those rear corners, one with a swing out?? Those are excellent and exactly what I'm looking for.

Those were from a local fabricator: HeftyFab
But unfortunately they don't do 80 series stuff anymore.
