Needs to be bigger!

I've been pricing 40x60 buildings for a while now. My biggest problem is leveling my available space. Its all rock (Jefferson County topsoil)

I agree with the thought, but the check book suffers. I have a 40' by 80' shop that came with the house we bought. The size is great but the scale makes every improvment to the shop too expensive so I keep putting it off.
