Hi, Actually one Mercruiser and one aftermarket case .These are new ,lower unit cases . These fit Alpha units. If your boat has lots of time on it or the unit is rusted or coroded, this is the answer for spring. Nothing worse than a ruined trip on the water and a tow in, Tow fee alone might exceed the cost of one of these cases. Mike
