Merchandise in General

Is anyone interested in running with a Merchandise position for the club. My thoughts on responsibilities would be:

• Identify merchandise interests
• Locate vendors and develop pricing/delivery
• Gather & place orders
• Advise treasurer on payments
• Receive & distribute orders (as necessary)

There are vendors out there, like Cafe Press, who will handle payments and shipping on the person/club's behalf. The TLCA also is working on an agreement with another vendor (Erik - please chime in here) for similar service on a plethora of items.

Thoughts?

TLCA is working with ANC on it's merchandise issues. I can say unofficially there might be a TLCA tool bag coming out in a couple weeks that would be very cool. TAC could also buy from ANC at the same price.

I would be interested in getting this going. We have some capitol from FN to work with and the time is right.

i would also be happy to help in anyway i could...my wife is currently in charge of merchandise for our high school booster club...and she is doing a damn fine job...hint hint..we have some very nice vendors for all sorts of items...let me know if i can help

alrighty than...hoodies...t shirts....hats......and god damn windsheild banners!!!!.....i will research minimums...(ask my wife) and let you know what we have to order to get an item....i would be happy to inventory the stuff here in osage...right next to the booster club stuff that takes up half my dining room....let me know what other items...and what colors schemes you want to see....if i get no response on color i am gonna decide and to bad for anyone that objects....i will put together items/dollars and get the information back to you guys.....any input for all is welcome...

Contact Debie Asher regarding windshield banners. She has a bunch made up and is willing to donate them as a fund raiser for the club with the stipulation that the proceeds get donated to charity. I believe she has them in hand.

Have Erik get you in touch with Jennifer (TLCA Admin.) to get set up with ANC so we as a club can order "branded" items from ANC with the TAC logo on it. I think Erik has to do it, I may be able to. The web site is http://www.ancpromotions.com/ . You can do a search for whatever your looking for, call and get pricing and they stock and ship the merchandise for us.
