Beautiful Cruiser!!

Stu, check out our website at RazorbackLandCruisers.com if you haven't already... Come on out to our meeting tomorrow night.

Thanks! I've spent a lot of time getting her to where she is now. I'll check out the site and try to make it tomorrow night.

I drove it around the grounds a little. Hope you don't mind.

This is what the FJ looked like the day I got it. Found it outside Texarkana.

Think I remember seeing that one on CL some time back. At any rate...beautiful 40.

^^ x2 on that.. Great restoration! Hope to see it in person soon.

Nice work. I hope to see it in person as well.

Thanks guys. I've really enjoyed driving her around again for the past couple of weeks. I've had the 40 for nearly 10 yrs now. I had the 1F engine rebuilt and she had been sitting in my friend's shop for almost 3 yrs. I finally got the motivation to work on her and it's paid off. Like everything vintage, takes a lot of time...and money.

Here's a pic of when I first got the 40 together, pre lift and engine rebuild. This was taken up at Byrd's...gosh, not sure how long ago...

I'm thinking about getting a 60 or 62. Putting a newer GM v8 with auto trans seems like the way to go. Was wondering if anyone knew any specifics about this particular truck.
