We have had three meetings in a row with no quorum, and have had business that needs attending to at all three that is still pending because we don't have enough people calling in. Without quorums, without people calling in, we can not do anything that resembles business. That means, if you always want to know what TLCA can do for you, we can't. Not without a quorum.
