This is what the rotor looks like when the only thing really holding your wheel on is the caliper. Notice what looks like grooves on the outside edge. Was caught in time before any harm was done to it though.

Reassembly pictures? You must have known someone would ask for them.

Nothing looks quite as good as a freshly assembled Toyota front end.

WHAT

I have know idea who this is but I am going to call you out.
I have worked on hundreds of cruziers to include the one that is owned by General Izary on Ft. Bragg and if you would like a referal from him I can get one. I have rebuilt the 2f's and the 4 cyl. motors and have done suspensions, transmissions and transfer cases in them. It just so happens that we do alot of Toyota work for the military. This guy is full of crap, you want to know come ask me. I am an honest guy that does everything for my customers that I can.
And no. Wilsons does not know cruiser's. They tried to hire me years ago and i was not into one of the things they do at their shop.

Again WHAT

Are you kidding me guy. I tried to hire you years ago? That's funny I have the same guys working for me now that I had 3 years ago. Oh, and what are we doing at the shop that is so bad? I opened a shop here to help people, and this is what I get for it. Nevermind the hundreds of people I have helped, the events I put on to support the sport, the jobs I have created. Do you even have a ligit business? You realize what you are saying is slanderous. Never fails, thanks buddy as soon as I find out who you are I will talk all kinds of crap about you too, dirt bag.

Not fair!

Let me start off by saying I appoligze if you are or were having problems with your cruzier. I will also say that everything we do is under warranty, and if there was a problem we would have fixed it for you for free. I understand the wheel bearing loosened up, but this could have been a simple fix if I would have been aware of the problem. If you would like to come by the shop we can see what we can do to make it up to you. I am pretty sure I know which one of my guys worked on your vehicle and he is no longer with the company. I know this is not an excuse, but as with all companies, you can't fix what you don't know is broke. Wilson
Just got the report from D., Wilson's really hooked it up when I paid them to rebuild my front axel. He said I was about 100 miles from the front wheel falling off...just flopped when he put it up on the lift. Should have pics online soon.

Don't take it to Wilson's off road in Fayetteville!!!!

I would remove my angry posts, but not sure how to. I accept your apology and ask that you accept mine as well. Please understand that we are a 30 vehicle a month shop and rarely have problems, but regaurdless of how many times you do something mistakes do happen. I am aware we had a mechanic that was cutting corners and he is no longer with us. I can not afford to stay in business and solely work on one type of vehicle or another. We have developed SOP's to eliminate problems and I can tell you for a fact that every vehicle that leaves our shop is checked by 3 different people to include an outside source and every bolt is torqued with a digital torque wrench. This is why we warrany what we do, and we make every effort to provide the best service and customer service we can. I know it is hard to believe, but I did not start Wilson Off Road to make money. I started it because I got out of the Army and had a bunch of people that needed my help. I believe that is why I am still here. I hope that Darin and I can work together in the future, and I hope that Mike will take the time to come see me. Wilson
