Measuring Factory Suspension Sag on a HZJ105?

I'm curious to see how much my newly purchased 99 is sagging? What's the best way to measure this? I know it won't be perfect, but want to know what I can really expect from a 2" lift. It's currently stock, other than having Dueler AT's in 275/70/16's.

Should I measure fender height or diff clearance?
