Some sample parts that needed to be tested out. One problem with the sand blaster is that it gets clogged. What is happening is that the sand is sinking in the middle and creates a sink hole in the middle and air just blows through. Seems if u shake it its works

I am glad you posted this as I did not know. I set up the sand blaster and started at it. If you keep it on one place for too long it will dig a hole in the brick. I only got so far today. Here is is a pic, mor tomorrow.

Blasting sand onto old clay brick is not going to turn out well. It will chew away at the brick fast!!

Im a bricklayer by trade and have seen it happen alot!

We are getting done here, down to the very end of sand blasting, I have some more pics and some recommendations on the HF sand blaster I used for the project.

1000 lbs? spread all around your house...? the sand fairy will be able to do castles in the living room!
