They look like the Gearmaster Portals I saw at a 4wd show in Perth 12 years ago. Maybe they sold the design to Marks Adapters

I've seen a number of coiled 70 series with Volvo C303 portal axles installed. Probably cheaper?

The 79 series costs about $19kAUD. But you get a whole new rear diffhousing and axles to make the rear the same width as the front. It really is time Toyota flared the rear fenders and widened the rear axle
