I saw John limited his run to Toyotas, but this isn't coming from Toyota,

***That was an honest mistake. :)

this is not a bloated 100 series and crow is not the best dish!:D

***You suck! :D

Smiley Rock is not the best choice for this event; first off there is nothing on that trail that will challenge the FJC. They could baja that trail and ask at the end, when will the trail start?:D

I haven't done Smiley. If it's the wrong trail then maybe the Crown King Backroad idea might be the way to go.

WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK? Of course, fire danger can change it in a flash.

Something like the short wash sections on Ajax, Woodpecker or obstacles like 3 Feathers would be ideal, allowing the maximum number to drive the obstacles and get the most fun out of the day. Think obstacles with a return road (bypass) and a good parking area close. Also with a lot of drivers wanting to drive them, a shorter trail or one with shortcuts will allow for people to come and go without having to run the whole day, lots of drivers doing the same obstacle will make a long trail a very long day!

I have to work that day 7:30 to 12:30 so I'm out, unless you made it 3 Feathers. Then I could catch up after work. It'll be HOT at 3 Feathers then.

That's why we were talking about Oct - Nov time frame.

I am a little surprised at your apparent thin skin, being a heep guy that sometimes wheels with toys, I would have thought you would have the game down by now?

No worries about thin skin...see my previous reply to John. I don't think I have ever heard John restrict a run based on vehicle type...so I had to take the shot while I had the chance.:grinpimp:

Hell....I'm the wacked out dude that even wants Rover's on trips! :D

I've led 'Rover groups around SoCal on more than one occasion. The only problem with them is they are HEAVY!!!! We had a disco hung up so bad on Doran Canyon that we had to tie 4 jeeps together to use as an anchor point to get him up the ledge.
