Actually the Giant gas station is at Corrales road. Iris is north of that. Idalia is the major NE-SW trending road in Rio Rancho. It cuts straight east just before Rio Rancho Blvd aka NM 528 aka Pat D'Arco Memorial Highway. From the east side the best way to get there is take the NM 550 exit and go south on NM 528 (going by the "north portal"). Idalia is the third light.

If you are coming from the south on NM 528, you can turn left on Iris and it will take you to a four way stop at Idalia, just turn left there and follow the remaining directions.

Google!Maps did a fine job of showing me where you live and even provided a great aerial picture showing the barn and long concrete driveway on the left side of the cul-de-sac. It just told me to turn left on Iris from 528 and I thought I'd check to make sure the road wasn't closed for construction or repairs.

Thanks to everyone who made it to the meeting. It was really nice - good conversation, got some questions answered about my proposed-future-maybe FJ40 project/purchase, and there was some tasty treats. You all certainly made hosting easy. Thanks again.
BTW - Shawn - you left the decals at the house - I will hold on to them until I see you again. Or call me and we can arrange to drop them off.
