I was waiting on some input, but since no has any, I say we meet at Doc's place around 10:00
I have some maintence issues with the 62, along with adjusting the valves.
Anyone else??
We can always help Doc wrench on his.
How many can show??
Brock wants some new dates, so if enough show, we can discuss the calendar also.

I would come to get help With doc s truck and get some helpwith putting the oil pan gasket and valve gasket on but no money for parts. So I will have to stay on the side lines for this one.

I was going to try to come up but we have a really big Scion Show in ATL that I have to go to. :(

I'm going to bring the pressure washer also if any one is interested.
I haven't washed underneath very well for some time.

I have to stop in Harleyville to do some business that morning but will be up around lunch I hope. All I really need is valve adjustment but can wait longer if needed. I have never done one so would really like someone else to do it with me watching for first time.

Anything I need to bring besides rig and some gap spacers to use to measure the gap?

I will also bring camera if anyone wants new pics of their rig for website......if you have one of your rig already you really like that is current...send them to me and I will make sure they get updated with Josh.

I won't be able to make it work has me swamped. You all have fun though.

I was planning on coming, but I have not been home in the past 5 weekends. I heard Kelley has a WHOLE LIST of Honeydo's for me.
(can't wait...)

I understand everyone gets busy but when a few people ask for a HAMOM to happen and then nobody shows up for yet the second time...it gets a little frustrating.

Please try to make events if at all possible...I know I am not an officer and should not care but this is not the first time someone has asked for help on a rig and then did not show.

I did not get to do anything on my rig as I was trying to help on Docs...but that is what it is all about. You dont always receive help sometimes you got to give some help even if it is just handing them a rag to wipe off grease or gophering for tools and refreshments for those that are elbow deep.

This is all of our club...and to succeed and not fade away after a couple years it takes some involvement. I have had to miss a meeting in the past....but I always try to make sure I am there for HAMOM unless deathly ill...you never know when you need the help...and not a good feeling to need it desperately and have nobody show. Just saying.....

Stepping off my soapbox...

wHAT HE SAID!!!

You know I would have been there eventhough there's no point of servicing knuckle bearing seals on a 4runner whose engine is probably blown!:) Sorry I couldn't make it because of the wifey's 30th birthday party. Brock you are right, though! I will try to make it next time...
