engage

Not sure what to ask. This one is pretty simple. Rear locker seems to engage. Transfer case is frozen in high. Any thoughts on how to fix center diff locker and or why I can't move my transfer lever? is the transfer case lever frozen or is it possibly an actuator? Thoughts?

What is the best "Friction Point" or Pedal height to engage the clutch on "71 FJ40? (And How do you adjust it?). Was Plowing Snow, accidentally in High range for a bit, and got some smelling and burning. Seems to still work OK but would like to double check it.
