I pulled these out of a wrecked 80 at a junkyard this past spring. Not going to do anything with them. Throw some covers on them and you're golden. Which is to say they are fairly beat.

is the seat belt receiver attached to the seat?

Chimming in to say I have swapped my leather/power seats out for cloth manual seats and it was one of the best things I have done! My wife can easily hop in and go! (I bought a 94' and swaped out all three rows. Made a couple of small engine repairs and flipped it for 100$ profit.)
Not to mention the weight loss factor as well...
