Manifold torque settings? (1 Viewer)

I am working on an 85 fj60 2F. I have a Toyota shop manual coming (supposedly) in the mail but it hasn't arrived yet. I really need the torque setting(s) for the intake/exhaust manifold bolts. If any one could supply me with these I would be more than grateful.
