Anyone know where I can pick some up locally?

I need to get some 90* bends. Hoping I can source some for cheap and then have someone with some experience welding exhaust pipes weld 'em together for me. *cough*Jesse*cough* :D

Why do you wanna use a Mandrel bender? A welding shop can bend some lengths for you, it's usually not too expensive.

The area that needs to have the pipe in is too small for regular tube bent stuff. It's pretty much mandrel bent or nothing else will fit. Very very tight tolerances.

I think there is only one place in town that can do them...it's a heck of a lot cheaper to go through Speedway. Takes 4 days to get here and the best deal on the web.
Mild Steel 3" Radius Assorted U-Bends

Sweet, thanks for the link. I'll check it out.

Ah I see said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw :grinpimp:

that 1" body lift get you enough to go over the frame rail?

They route over the frame rail stock up through 94, so yeah, plenty of room.

Gotta be careful though as you can toast your rear heater lines there.

So I got the pipes in the post today.

Who's wants to weld 'em up for me? :hhmm:

I will!!! I have never welded before and your rig seems the perfect place to start! :D

I am on vacation starting this Saturday, I should be working on the pig at least one of the days this weekend. Swing by and we can fix it up for you.
