The intent of the thread was to point out what a dickhead hee is for shooting a puppy right in front of its owner while they were trying to restrain it.
On the news it showed the 3 holes in the dog. The right ear flap, the neck, and the chest. He clearly had killing on his mind.
The report also mentioned that he had made numerous complaints about other dogs barking in the neighborhood, so maybe he was on a mission.
