Hee should be shot three times with proportionally sized bullets.

So like with this? :)

You can't have it both ways. Dogs either need to be on leashes or they don't. There can't be a provision for not having a leash because it's "only a beagle lab mix".

no s***.. fawk this subject pisses me off every time. There are a few stupid old cunts that walk through the neighborhood with their dogs unleashed. I walk my dog on a lease. It's a pain in the fxxxing ass every fxxxing time their loose dog runs at my leased dog. Unleashed dogs are as unpredictable as pit bulls. My wife is scared to take the babies out in the stroller with the dog because these inconsiderate fxxx faces. Not to mention the fxxxing idiots in the neighborhood that let their pit bulls roam. :flipoff2:

dunno sounds like both sides haven't been adequately told but something tells me: 1) dude was a bit unstable to begin with 2) chick was a lousy pet owner ...perfect mix for someone going to jail

Um...hate to break it to ya, but Rosh Hashanah was yesterday.

Ignorant gentiles.

I'm married to a Yid jackass - I know when the holidays are. :flipoff2:

What a prick:

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. -- A Forsyth County man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly shot a neighbor’s 10-month-old dog.
The incident happened in the Greenleaf Subdivision Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, Jonathon Hee, 51, of Green Summers Drive was walking in his neighborhood when a neighbor’s 10-month-old Beagle-Lab mix named “Buster” ran from his yard and ran up to Hee.
The dog’s owner, Laura Hanson, ran after the dog with a leash and was able to grab Buster.
At that point, officials said, Hee pulled a small caliber handgun from his pocket, causing Hanson to release the dog’s leash in fear. Police said Hee then shot the dog several times.
Hee immediately left the scene of the shooting. Police said the incident was witnessed by several of Hanson’s neighbors.
Hee was taken into custody at his home. He has been charged with felony cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct, discharging a firearm from a public road and reckless conduct.
Hee was released from the Forsyth County Jail Thursday night on $3,520 bond. His first court appearance is set for October 15.
Buster is expected to recover.

"Cruelty to animals" is such bull****. Clearly, the guy should be punished, but how does one differentiate "cruelty to animals" from "hunting"?

oh s***. did I really just post that? I'm not even gonna talk about the possibility of his shots hitting someone. at least when I fired, I was cognizant of the fact, and fired up only to clear the chamber...

not level so it could hit something

When you use words like "cognizant," it makes you sound smart.

I really don't understand what the point of the leash discussion is. So, the dog wasn't on a leash. The owner had her hand on the dog and was putting the leash on him when the guy pulled his pistol.

That's nuts.

You're right, it is. But it never would have happened to begin with if the dog wasn't running free.

You've never heard me say anywhere in this conversation that he was justified in doing what he did. The guy is obviously an unstable nut job - I know the signs, I've got one living next door. At least my neighbor doesn't own a gun...I think.

Probably. Fxxxing slut.

“Mr. Hee stated multiple times that he wished he had not shot the dog and would wait until a dog bit him in the future before shooting one again,” the report said.

Gotta love this. Next time I'll get bit and then shoot. Next time!! For some reason I see this guy walking around peoples yards just trying to get bit, just so he can shoot some little ankle biter.
