Hee should be shot three times with proportionally sized bullets.
His yard will probably get TP'd on a regular basis now.
Especially with the upcoming holiday.
Upcoming holiday? It's Forsyth county dude, not Fulton or Dekalb.
You can't have it both ways. Dogs either need to be on leashes or they don't. There can't be a provision for not having a leash because it's "only a beagle lab mix".
Um...hate to break it to ya, but Rosh Hashanah was yesterday.
Ignorant gentiles.

What a prick:
FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. -- A Forsyth County man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly shot a neighbor’s 10-month-old dog.
The incident happened in the Greenleaf Subdivision Thursday afternoon.
According to reports, Jonathon Hee, 51, of Green Summers Drive was walking in his neighborhood when a neighbor’s 10-month-old Beagle-Lab mix named “Buster” ran from his yard and ran up to Hee.
The dog’s owner, Laura Hanson, ran after the dog with a leash and was able to grab Buster.
At that point, officials said, Hee pulled a small caliber handgun from his pocket, causing Hanson to release the dog’s leash in fear. Police said Hee then shot the dog several times.
Hee immediately left the scene of the shooting. Police said the incident was witnessed by several of Hanson’s neighbors.
Hee was taken into custody at his home. He has been charged with felony cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct, discharging a firearm from a public road and reckless conduct.
Hee was released from the Forsyth County Jail Thursday night on $3,520 bond. His first court appearance is set for October 15.
Buster is expected to recover.
oh s***. did I really just post that? I'm not even gonna talk about the possibility of his shots hitting someone. at least when I fired, I was cognizant of the fact, and fired up only to clear the chamber...
not level so it could hit something

"Cruelty to animals" is such bull****. Clearly, the guy should be punished, but how does one differentiate "cruelty to animals" from "hunting"?
I really don't understand what the point of the leash discussion is. So, the dog wasn't on a leash. The owner had her hand on the dog and was putting the leash on him when the guy pulled his pistol.
That's nuts.
You're right, it is. But it never would have happened to begin with if the dog wasn't running free.

what the hell kind of gun fails to kill a puppy with 2 shots?
