These would not have been my first choice of wheels & tires for my low buck LC build but the ad said they came off a 2009 LC and had less than 6k miles on them for $400 I assumed LC to LC no problem until I bolted them up... it could look worse... is all I'm saying found a hole saw the the outside dia. was just bigger than the front dust cap and drilled a hole in each wheel center cap... cleaned the dust caps with some thinner... shot them black.. and I'm done...

@ponytl Wow for $400 that looks like a steal. I been looking on eBay to see if I can find a good deal on tires - even better if it comes with wheels. Congrats!

How do you like the ride with larger wheels? Does it impact the mpg?

found them on craigslist and had to travel 140miles round trip... but yes I was happy to get them 18" and all but new hankook tires... I have nothing to compare it to mpg or ride... i put them on before I ever drove it more than a few feet and I'm still on my first tank of fuel I'll compare it to my wifes lx470 BUT my wife at 5ft tall and this with no running boards has to grab the hand hold to get in... there is an 18" set with tires off a land cruiser http://memphis.craigslist.org/pts/5127158495.html

@ponytl Appreciate the lead, but Memphis is too far - I am up in KY.
