MAINTENANCE, TO COMPLY WITH PRIVACY ACT LAWS, WTF ?

In my quest for a 100 or 470 I was running a maintenance history on a 100 series on Toyota Care. One of the entries states in all capitals, MAINTENANCE, TO COMPLY WITH PRIVACY ACT LAWS. In all the searches I have done I have never seen this come up for one of the service history entries. The maintenance performed on that day is blocked. Anyone have any idea what it means. Did somebody die in the truck or what?

Sends up red flags if that is the case. I want the perfect truck and wont settle. This will most likely be the last truck I buy unless Toyota starts selling other models of Cruisers in the U.S.
