Hi folks, Very excited to join the crew here. I just purchased a ‘72 FJ40 after looking around for well over 6 mos. It’s very drivable but needs a good amount of work, starting with the suspension. The ride is pretty rough, certainly rougher than some others I drove before buying this one. Bought it to enjoy and upgrade over time - so really a perfect fit for me. Let me know if you know of any shops that specialize in 40’s in northern MA. Sounthern NH and ME could work too. Want to start to build a relationship with some local folks.
