bearings were replaced/repacked. no rot. you can see the original lunette was cut and replaced by a ball coupler (requires 2 5/16" ball). it also has a couple of mods for stabilizing purposes on the back.
it is located in Scranton PA currently but will most likely be moved to Galloway NJ in a few weeks. pm for more details.
