Looks pretty good for a $500 trailer, maybe even roadworthy. But I don't see a license plate and the lighting looks like it's still mil. May be more work than it seems to make it street legal.
 
If you are going to pull it with your 40 you may want to wait for an M416 or M100. That trailer is going to be too heavy, IMHO. My M100 is about all I want to tow with my FJ40. I've seen people pull them with full size trucks though.
 
If you have at least a 3/4 ton pickup, or preferably a 1-ton, then an M105 might work for you. Might.

They're designed to be pulled by a duece and a half.

The empty weight of an M105A1 is 2650 lbs. Max gross is 7150 lbs. Max payload is 4500 lbs.

Length is 165.5". Width is 83". Tires are 900x20. Brakes are air over hydraulic.
