LX570 2017 replacing factory 21”

I need to replace the factory 21” tires as they are way too expensive to replace and don’t hold up worth a darn. Looking for a 20” that has a decent amount of tred but no so much that it is loud running down the highway. Any suggestions for a tire that can handle the off-road but stay pretty quite on the highway? I’m not crawling boulders, but want it to handle the mud and snow.
