Lx470 with 35”

Hi,
I just want to share my experience and setup. My is the 2003 Lx470 with the 2.5” OME lift and the Milestar Patagonia M/T Mud-Terrain Radial Tire - LT315/75R16. I got it from Amazon and sent it to Sears to install.
I downgrade my 18” rims to the 16”. The tires are very quiet.

Why do those look bigger than any other 35s I’ve seen posted on a 100. Especially the fronts look like they barely fit the wheel well.

Its a land cruiser on 35s...... city will be 10-12 highway will be 13. buy an AUX tank and move on

My landcruiser with 285/75/18, 5 speed, without regearing is 17 mpg on the highway

I installed a 1” spacer for the front only. When I turn from lock to lock. I do experienced running. I have to trim back the plastic wheel well inner cover fender cover for clearance.

I haven’t got around to it. The ARB bumper is next. The lift upgrade and bigger tires install were all by coincident. My AHC failed so naturally it led me to replace it with the OME kit then the mud tires.

I down grade my 18” rim to the 16” for the taller tire wall profile look. I have to raise the front some more today.

I have no problem with it. I removed my 1” (25.4mm) spacer and install the 5mm one instead. The 5mm is all I need to clear my control arm.

Thinking of going to 35s as well on an ome lift. Same ahc issue on my 00' lx 470. Can you tell me what brand and where you got the 5mm spacer? Thanks
