Good afternoon all,

I have a 2000 LX470 with 203,000 miles on it. Over the last few months my check engine light has come on then gone off the next time I drive it. I figured it was an o2 sensor or gas cap issues as it never persisted. Well now it's here to stay. It's saying it's the throttle body and could be causing issues with the magnetic clutch. I was having a rough idle, so I went ahead and cleaned throttle body and reset the ecu. While I was cleaning it, I realized that one of my vacuum hoses, the one that goes to the power steering pump and intake manifold, was completely cracked so I went ahead and fixed that. The idle was much smoother than before and I drove it around for about two days before the light came back on. I have not had it go into limp mode or even any issue accelerating. I have unplugged all the wires to it and reset it multiple times and it stays good for a while but then the light comes back on. I was hoping to see if anyone had any thoughts about this. I'd rather not have to replace the whole thing when it seems to be working just fine and not giving my any issues.

Thanks!
