Aloha from Hawaii guys! Cleaning out some old stuff, and have a grey leather OEM steering wheel that I took out when I swapped my ebay one in. It's in good condition overall, and I've attached pictures to show it's condition. Looking for $75 shipped to CONUS from Hawaii via USPS Priority. Thanks!

Are you referring to the eBay wheels being imported from Taiwan?

How do they feel and are they good quality vs original OEM?
 
LC or LX? I thought the LX had wood.

LX did not have wood wheel from 98-2001
 
Has anyone deal with this guy before? This is very low, he scam me for $60. He provided a tracking number from USPS and it never came. Contacted him, but he's long gone.

I remember looking at LC and LX back in 2005 and seen a couple that were either 2000 or 2001. Those had the wood on the top and bottom steering wheels. Just did a Google search of LX470s for sale. All 2000 and 2001 LXs with pictures had the leather/wood steering wheels. 98/99 were all leather.
 
I have filed a dispute with PayPal, but it's going to take long time. I'm going to file a dispute with my CC. I have deal with a lot of folks on this website and everyone was great. This dude is so low, scam me for $60 bucks.
Is there a way to report this guy to the MOD here?
