Hi,
I am happy to join this forum..
I have just bought a Lexus KX450 1997 make,
and was wondering if i can install 305/70/16 running stock springs.. or should I do a 2" lift.

welcome and congrats.

285’s and 305’s should fit no problem on stock suspension. Here in US I’d pick the 285. Easier to find wherever you are. A bit narrower tread will perhaps make for a slightly better steering feel as well.
